let me tell you a secret nobody like crunches ( if like it i just talk about the most people ) even some athletic don't like it even people when they search about losing weight they a lot of times looking for "lose weight+ no crunches" but i think you need to get to it because is one of the best and the main exercises for the abs and for burning fat in the belly area
2.The Plank
what i like about the plank is it a hold position you back going to hurt any way ( let me tell you something any exercise for abs will hurt your back ) for perform plank perfect make sure your back is not low especially your lower back and hold your position for beginner this exercise will build your abs strength for advanced exercise
3.Leg Raises
leg raises on the ground is a little bit harder than a crunch but i like it because your legs do the hard work that you doing with your upper body in the crunch so it's in my opinion more comptibul than the crunch and work more on your core strength so tell me what you prefer leg raises or crunches
4.mountains climbers
actually i don't know alot about this exercise but i know that is good for your core and a really really good fat burning exercise especially in the belly area
5.cross body crunch
one of my favorite abs exercise cross body crunches it's almost like the crunches but the difference cross body crunches perform in the bicycle circles work on your side abs and your oblique to get more strength and more power
