so to day i collect best 12 Challenging Calisthenics Moves You Have To Learn plus videos tutorials From YouTube as i always do for preforming this moves and exercises you need no fancy workout equipment no gym just a bar and the ground it's better if you hit the workout park
So let's get started
1. Muscle up jump over the bar
Muscle up is one of the beginners challenging moves because usually the beginners don't have the basic strength for the muscle up.
but this move is totally different you need to muscle up then jump to other side of the bar (epic ha ! ) by jumping to other side it's not just a fancy freestyle this move should give you a lot of strength because it's so hard for a weak arm to grip the bar after that powerful jump.
2.V-Sit
V-sit is a basic gymnastics skill require flexibility and strength in arms and abs if you want to get in this moves focus on abs exercises level two and hamstring flexibility
3. Muscle Up 360
Like the muscle up over the bar 360 muscle up can be a little bit harder than the jump because you need to rotate 360 degrees and back to grip the bar for more information watch the video
4. Human Flag
we can see human flag in street workout and calisthenics circus and gymnastics and of course in other sport

5. Behind Back Clap Push ups
one of the easy moves i ever see in street workout all you need is to push as hard as you can and clap behind your back to be able to do such move you need to do 20 push ups 10 cycles everyday after a week of training you will be able to do it so easily
6. Front Lever
My favorite move front lever also a basic gymnastics skills and i think front lever should be an advanced move but most of street workout beginners can hold it for a 5 second that what makes it a little bit easy
so learning front lever require patient and programs
7. Back Lever
back lever also a basic gymnastics skill learning back lever require patient and programs
8. Clean Muscle ups
Clean muscle up is good exercises and move for strength so by doing clean muscle ups you should to keep your legs strength and muscle up with your arms only
9. Aztec Push Ups (Touch Your Toes In The Air)
10. Superman Push Ups
11. Jack Lalanne Push Ups
12. Pistol Squat (Lower body Legs workout)
