every person has a level of strength and unique skills , if trying to lift more or do a hard exercise comparing yourself to others that's actually doesn't help and you can expose yourself to injury
4. focus on your workout
you need to focus on your workout for example if one of your friends on gym come to you and start talking about that blond girl or something like that you can't just stopping and start talking to him if you want the best results you need to focus in your workout
5. do the right exercise
if you are performing exercise in the wrong way that can lead you to injury and be sure that you are only wasting your time and your muscles only getting tired .
